Precautions when using Sino Mechanical air winches.
1. First, the air motor starts, and then the transmission gear starts to run. Before starting, brake the brake band on the brake drum, and loosen the brake handle on the large gear so that the brake drum does not rotate, and only the large inner gear rotates.
2. If you want to start the drum, you should first completely loosen the brake band on the drum, and then brake the brake band on the large inner gear. At this time, the drum rotates and winds the wire rope to work.
3. During the working process of the air winch/, if you want to pause the operation of the air winch/, you can first loosen the brake band of the inner gear, and then brake the brake band on the drum.
4. When starting the electric vehicle, do not brake both brakes at the same time, otherwise the motor will easily burn out.
5. The temperature of the brake band and bearing of the air winch drum should not exceed 70℃. If the temperature rises sharply, stop and check immediately.
6. In order to prevent dust intrusion and lubricating oil overflow, the sealing device of the air winch should be intact.
7. In order to ensure safe operation, it is necessary to check whether the winch rope head is firm, whether the internal structure of the transmission device is damaged or bitten, whether the internal parts are excessively worn, etc. Only after confirmation can the machine be driven.
Sino Mechanical air winches operation and maintenance
1. Do not operate after disassembling the parts of the tool at will, which will not only affect the safety of the author, but also cause damage to the tool.
2. If the tool is slightly faulty or fails to reach its original function after use, it should not be used again, but should be checked immediately. Check and maintain the tool regularly (about once a week), add grease to rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to the parts of the air motor.
3. When using various tools, be sure to comply with various safety regulations and operating instructions.
4. Choose the right working tool. Too large a tool is prone to work injuries, and too small a tool is prone to damage to the tool.
5. The inlet pressure of the tool inlet (not the outlet pressure of the air compressor) is generally 90 psig (6.2 kg/cm 2). Too high or too low will damage the performance and service life of the tool.
