I.  Sino Mechanical Air winches operation procedures

1. Before the operation of the air winch:

1) Check whether all parts of the equipment are leaking oil and deal with it in time;

2) Check whether the moving parts of the air winch are faulty or have other damage to the air winch;

3) Check whether the air winch operating handle and switch are in the specified position and whether the operation is sensitive and reliable;

4) Check whether the brake and various safety protection devices are firm and reliable;

5) Check whether the lubricating oil level is normal;

6) Check the empty vehicle running status;

7) All parts can start working after they are normal.

2. During the operation of the air winch:

1) The crankshaft of the pneumatic motor should be in a horizontal position;

2) The air inlet of the pneumatic motor should be downward and perpendicular to the horizontal plane;

3) When the air winch is running, the gauge pressure of the air inlet pipe should be maintained at 0.6 ~ 0.7 MPa;

4) The compressed air supplied should be clean and dry;

5) Pay attention to the working conditions of each part of the air winch. If there is any abnormality, stop the car for inspection until the abnormality is eliminated;

6) The parking time should not be too long, and the brake should be used.

3. After the air winch is off duty:

(1) Cut off the power supply;

(2) Wipe all parts of the air winch;

(3) Put all operating handles and switches in the specified position;

(4) Clean, sweep and organize the equipment and its surroundings, and collect oily waste, garbage, waste and residual materials in a classified manner;

II.Sino Mechanical Air winches maintenance procedures

1. The amount of lubricating oil in the crankcase should be within the specified range. The lubricating oil added is No. 20 engine oil. The lubricating oil should be replaced at least once after one year of continuous use.

2. The amount of oil in the gearbox should be moderate. The lubricating oil added is No. 30 oil in winter and No. 40 oil in summer. The lubricating oil should be replaced after 100 hours of continuous use.

3. All rolling bearings are lubricated with calcium-based grease (commonly known as butter).

4. If the brake asbestos belt is severely worn and the thickness is less than 2 mm, it should be replaced.

5. Check the wire rope frequently. If the wire rope is found to be worn beyond the limit specified in the technical safety regulations, it should be removed and replaced immediately. 6. The wire rope should be frequently coated with wire rope grease to reduce mutual friction and corrosion.

7. Frequently used winches should be inspected at least once a year.

2. When it is found that the equipment has factors that affect safety and environment, it should be handled in time and can only continue to operate after it returns to normal;

IV. Operation and maintenance of Sino Mechanical air winches

1. Do not disassemble the parts of the tool at will, which will not only affect the safety of the author, but also damage the tool.

2. If the tool has a minor fault or fails to reach its original function after use, it should not be used again, but should be checked immediately. Regularly check and maintain the tool (about once a week), add grease to rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to air motor parts.

3. When using various tools, be sure to comply with various safety regulations and operating instructions.

4. Choose the right tool for the job. Tools that are too large are prone to work injuries, and tools that are too small are prone to tool damage.

5. The inlet pressure of the tool inlet (excluding the outlet pressure of the air compressor) is generally 90 psig (6.2 kg/cm2). Too high or too low will damage the performance and service life of the tool.
