Sino Mechanical XQ114/6YB hydraulic power tongs have completed production and inspection and will be shipped to European customers. Sino Mechanical XQ114/6YB hydraulic power tongs are medium-sized power tongs used for loading and unloading oil pipe threads in oilfield well workover operations.
Sino Mechanical XQ114/6YB hydraulic power tongs have the following characteristics:
1. The new hydraulic back tong and the main tong form a combined tong. By operating the manual reversing valve on the main tong, the back tong automatically and synchronously clamps and releases the pipe column, and the action is flexible and reliable.
2. The main tong and the back tong can replace different jaw plates to clamp pipe columns and couplings of different specifications. The jaw plates are easy to install and remove.
3. The two-speed speed difference is large, the high speed is fast, and the low torque is large.
4. The tong head brake mechanism and steering control mechanism are set on the upper part of the tong head, with reliable performance and extremely convenient installation, adjustment and maintenance.
5. The main tong is suspended, and the back tong floats under the main tong. The back tong hose is connected to the main tong through a joint. The main tong and the back tong are easy to use in combination and easy to separate and move.
6. The torque control system can be optionally equipped to display, record and control the make-up torque.

Installation of Sino Mechanical XQ114/6YB hydraulic power tongs
1. Suspension. Connect the suspension tube to the main tong suspension rod (Z6-42) and suspend the power tong on the derrick of the well workover rig. The suspension point is more than 15m away from the wellhead. In the free suspension state, the center of the power tong head is about 0.5m away from the wellhead. The suspension height is preferably such that the back tong just clamps the tubing coupling.
2. Leveling. Adjust the adjustment screw on the suspension rod (Z6-42) to keep the power tong level. If it is not kept level, the clamping will fail.
3. Tail rope. One end of the tail rope is tied to the derrick and the other end is tied to the tail seat (Z6-32) of the power tong. The tail rope tension should be able to withstand a load of 20kN. When the power tong is in the buckled state, the tail rope should be kept vertical to the power tong to ensure the safety of the operator who usually stands on the side of the operating handle.
4. Connect the hydraulic source. Connect the high-pressure hose from the hydraulic source, connect the oil supply hose to the upper oil port of the manual reversing valve, and connect the oil return hose to the lower oil port of the manual reversing valve. Do not connect the wrong position.
