YZB-120 hydraulic power station is a device specially used to provide hydraulic power and control for the translational thrust cylinder of the drilling rig derrick in the oil field. The power station consists of a plunger pump, motor, oil filter, filter device, valve block, speed regulating valve, manual reversing valve, oil tank and pressure gauge. All electrical parts are flameproof and suitable for working conditions such as deserts and plateaus to ensure the normal starting operation of the power station.
The power station only needs to be connected to an AC 380V, 50Hz power supply to start working; the flameproof level of the electrical parts is dIBT6, and the protection level is IP54. It is suitable for oil drilling operations with flammable gases and works safely and reliably.

YZB-120 The hydraulic power station consists of a plunger pump, motor, oil filter, filter device, valve block, speed regulating valve, manual reversing valve, oil tank and pressure gauge. The overall layout of the power station is a tank-side structure, so that the pump group can fully absorb oil.
The bottom of the hydraulic power station is an integral oil pool. When the pipeline joint is disassembled, the hydraulic oil will not flow to the ground. The oil can be drained by unscrewing the drain plug.
Operation instructions:
1. Synchronous adjustment: This circuit uses three speed regulating valves to control three thrust cylinders respectively, and the three cylinders are synchronized in one direction by adjusting the three speed regulating valves.
2. Thrust size adjustment: Adjust the overflow valve. (The thrust of the cylinder increases when it rotates clockwise; vice versa, the thrust decreases).
Use and maintenance of Sino Mechanical YZB-120 Hydraulic Power Units
After basically understanding the structural principle of the YZB-120 hydraulic power station, pay attention to the following matters before use:
1. Whether the oil storage volume of the oil tank is within the liquid level gauge. The hydraulic oil to be added is generally YB-N32 anti-wear hydraulic oil and YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil; when the ambient temperature is below -25°C, YC-N32 and YC-N46 low-condensation hydraulic oil can be used.
2. Choose a well-ventilated place to place the power station.
3. The power supply of the hydraulic power station should have a grounding device as required to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Hoisting
1. After the hydraulic power station is moved to the vicinity of the drilling platform, the lifting rigging should be fixed on the lifting lug of the power station to prevent the power station from being hit or damaged.
2. Four lifting lugs are used when lifting and moving the hydraulic power station to ensure safe transportation.
Use:
1. Connect the pipeline between the hydraulic power station and the thrust cylinder.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Turn on the main power switch, press the start button, and check whether the motor rotation direction is correct (the rotation direction of the pump group should be consistent with the rotation direction arrow marked on the motor).
4. Start the motor to make the oil pump work normally. Check the pressure gauge reading to see if the hydraulic power station is operating normally.
5. Check whether there is oil leakage at each interface of the hydraulic pipeline.
6. When out of use, the main motor should be turned off.
7. If it is out of use for a long time, the main power supply should be disconnected.
Maintenance
The hydraulic power station must be maintained when it is in use and out of use to ensure that the hydraulic power station can operate normally, safely, stably and reliably. Maintenance during normal use:
1. Check the position of the oil in the oil tank frequently to ensure that the oil position is within the display range of the liquid level gauge. Too much or too little oil is not conducive to the normal operation of the hydraulic power station.
2. Check whether there is oil leakage at each pipe joint of the hydraulic power station. If leakage is found, the machine should be shut down for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to repair the hydraulic pipeline joints when the hydraulic power station is working.
3. Check whether the display of the pressure gauge is normal, and judge the fluctuation of pressure and flow by the pressure gauge reading and the stability of the dial.
4. Check whether the fixed parts of the hydraulic power station are loose, etc.
5. Check whether the rotation of the hydraulic power station plunger pump is abnormal and whether the return oil pressure is too high, etc., and the oil filter element should be replaced in time.
6. Keep the appearance of the hydraulic power station clean and tidy, do not remove the oil tank cover at will, and prevent moisture and debris from entering the hydraulic power station tank and contaminating the hydraulic oil.
7. Objects should not be placed on the motor net to hinder ventilation and exhaust. Dirt or small particles that affect ventilation performance on the net should be cleaned in time. Stop the machine when cleaning to prevent wind blades from hurting people.
8. When replacing wearing parts or other parts, unplug the main power plug to ensure safety.
The hydraulic oil of the power station is generally replaced once a year or six months when the hydraulic system is working normally. At the same time, clean the oil tank and oil suction pipeline, and prevent moisture and impurities from mixing into the oil or pipeline. If it is not used for a long time, clean the oil and dust on the appearance, drain the remaining oil in the oil pool, cover it with a cover, and store it in a place that is not susceptible to impact and strong vibration.
