Working Principle of Diaphragm Metering Pumps

The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump drives the hollow plunger to reciprocate by the driving gear, and drives the metering diaphragm through the hydraulic oil. The adjustment hole and slip ring design on the hollow plunger ensure that the amount of hydraulic oil is equal to the amount of the measured medium, thereby achieving accurate metering. Flow regulation can be achieved through manual knob, frequency converter or servo motor, and the flow does not change with pressure, and can be adjusted linearly within the range of 0-100% ‌.
