Precautions when using the solid control equipment Mud Cleaner

Sino Mechanical Mud Cleaner is mainly composed of Shale Shakers, diversion manifolds, cyclones, etc. Mud Cleaner is a three-level solid control equipment used in the drilling fluid solid phase control system. It is mainly used to separate solid phase particles with a particle size of 15-47μm in the drilling fluid. Precautions when installing Mud Cleaners:

① Place the Mud Cleaner base horizontally and firmly fix it to the appropriate position on the tank with 4 pressure plates. Note that the screen box outlet should protrude 20-30mm from the tank edge. 

② Use a hose or steel pipe to connect the liquid inlet and outlet intact. The inlet and outlet pipes must match. 

③ Loosen the 4 vibrating screens and tighten them with bolts during transportation. 

④ Before use, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the vibration shaft rotates flexibly. If there is any abnormal sound or fault, it should be eliminated in time. It can only be used after confirming that it is normal.

⑤ Connect the motor belt, turn on the power, and check whether the motor rotates in the correct direction. 

Principles of using Mud Cleaners:

① Start the small vibrating screen first, then start the mud removal pump, check whether the discharge pressure of the mud removal pump meets the requirements, check the mud removal effect, and check whether the cyclone has leakage. 

② Check whether the direction of the motor is consistent with the direction of the arrow on its shield, otherwise the vibrating screen will not discharge sand. 

③ Check whether the pressure gauge pressure is within the working pressure range (0.2~0.4MPa) 

④ The screen is tightened and replaced by the hinge levers at both ends, and tightened; 

⑤ Amplitude adjustment: first open the hood, adjust the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft in the same direction and angle, generally 60~80% of the maximum exciting force; 

⑥ Adjust the cyclone bottom flow nut so that the bottom flow is discharged in an umbrella-shaped jet shape. 

⑦ When out of use, turn off the sand pump-turn off the vibration motor switch. The drilling fluid in the cyclone should be completely drained to prevent solidification or freezing. Rinse the screen and check whether there are any abnormalities in each part.
