4. Mud pump cross head
The crosshead is a key part of the mud pump. When the mud pump is working, the power end slides crosswise on the upper and lower guide plates. Then the push rod transmits the hydraulic power to the middle. The crosshead is fixed to one end of the middle lever. Connect to the small end of the connecting rod through a cross head pin in the cavity. The material is ductile iron with a tensile strength greater than 600MPa. It can ensure high strength and wear resistance.
The mud pump transfers power to the fluid end through the cross head assembly when it works.
Mud pump cross head is manufactured from high quality, cast steel and the guides are manufactured from a quality manganese bronze normally used in bearings.
5. Mud pump pinion shaft
Pinion shafts are made from similar material to the crankshaft and with a high precision double helical gear, with less back lash than any of our competitors.

The crankshaft is manufactured from a modified 4340 material with high nickel content to reduce crack initiation and propagation.
7. Pressure relief valves

9. Mud Pump Piston Rods & Clamps
Piston rod is main parts of oil drilling rig mud pumps. The large end of the piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through the clamp to transmit power. The small end is mounted with a mud pump piston, and then generate pressure through reciprocating motion in mud pump liner.
